Buying or selling a home is the biggest financial decision most people make, and in Germany it is still slow, opaque and stressful. It remains untransparent, intimidating and expensive.
Athaus is an A-native real estate platform for buyers, sellers, renters and estate agents. We make the process easy and transparent.
Since launching in July 2026, athaus.ai has had 37,800 users.

In the team's words
Buying a home is the biggest deal most people ever make, and in Germany it still runs on phone calls, PDFs and guesswork. We built Athaus so AI does the paperwork and the agent keeps the judgment: AI drafts, the agent approves. We entered because this award judges GenAI by what runs in production, not by demos. That is the bar we hold ourselves to: every AI output measured, nothing invented, and a human yes before anything goes out.
