Komplyt Zero

Institutional memory that writes itself while you work: Zero runs inside Claude and ChatGPT and keeps your decisions, findings and methods, with their reasons.

About the project

Every day people re-brief their AI assistant on things they told it yesterday. They carry context from one tool to the next and become the integration layer themselves. What a team works out with AI, the decisions, the findings and the methods, disappears into chat histories, and the reasons behind them are lost first.

Komplyt Zero keeps what was worked out, with its reasons. It runs inside Claude and ChatGPT as a connector, records while people work, and brings it back in the next conversation and in other assistants. Other memory tools start from chat logs or documents. Zero starts from the work. It combines similarity search with connections and time, so related context returns even when it does not look like your question. Zero calls no AI model of its own, and the memory belongs to the user.

Zero has been live in the Claude connector directory since 10 August 2026 and is listed in the ChatGPT directory, with 110 sign-ups by 13 October. Shared team memory is set up and working in our own team, and in our own client workshops we see about 4x efficiency gain across design, preparation and follow-up, with follow-up effort down by a factor of 6. Next is institutional memory for teams whose expertise is the product, so a firm's way of working stays available when people are away or leave.

In the team's words

We built Zero because we were our own problem. We spend our days with AI assistants and kept re-explaining the same decisions, clients and rules to each of them. The person ends up as the integration layer between their tools. We wanted memory that belongs to the user, works across assistants and understands connections, not only text that looks alike.

The award is a chance to put that in front of people who run GenAI in real organisations and to hear what breaks. We also want to find the first teams that need shared memory for their expertise, because that is where Zero leads.
