About the project
Organizations hold enormous amounts of valuable knowledge in documents, training materials, videos, and the minds of their teams, yet turning that knowledge into effective learning remains slow, manual, and difficult to scale. Traditional learning systems often focus on hosting content rather than intelligently transforming and delivering it.
Lectful is an AI-powered, white-label learning infrastructure that turns organizational knowledge into intelligent learning experiences. Its AI Course Builder transforms existing materials into structured courses, assessments, and learning paths, while its contextual AI Tutor supports learners 24/7. AI dubbing and subtitles help organizations deliver multilingual experiences, while integrated analytics provide visibility into learner progress and engagement.
In production since 2023, Lectful has powered 20+ learning platforms, served 1,500+ learners, and achieved up to 90% course completion rates. Its technology has been deployed in projects involving organizations including DW Akademie, CFI France, and GIZ Tunisia, demonstrating how GenAI can make organizational knowledge more accessible, scalable, and actionable across different languages and markets.

We are applying because Lectful has moved beyond the idea stage: we have a product in production, paying customers, real institutional deployments, and measurable learner adoption. We now want to take the next step from a bootstrapped solution into a globally scalable AI learning company.
This award represents an opportunity to validate the impact we have already created, increase Lectful’s visibility, connect with organizations and partners facing similar training and knowledge challenges, and accelerate our expansion across Europe, Africa, and MENA. Most importantly, we want to demonstrate how AI can make high-quality learning and organizational knowledge more accessible, multilingual, and scalable.
