Company knowledge is scattered across documents, emails and applications. Employees need a simpler way to find reliable information and use AI in their daily work.

Nexoria connects approved sources to semantic search and the AI assistant Nex, with source references and workspace access controls. Integrated document, spreadsheet and presentation tools and automation help users act on the results. Files, the knowledge index and search are hosted in Germany; core AI responses use Mistral AI in France. Optional integrations have their own data flows.

The platform is already used by CSA Group and New Fire GmbH. These early deployments demonstrate practical applications in company knowledge, email automation and customer-facing tools. Nexoria is now expanding its commercial rollout across DACH.
